About Saltanat

Saltanat has more than 23 years of experience in the field of audit and consulting, starting her career as an accountant at HLB Marka Audit in the Kyrgyz Republic, she has risen through the ranks of an expert, consultant, CFO, CEO and partner in the same company. She is a certified auditor of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has a master’s degree in economics from the Kyrgyz State National University. Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of the Kyrgyz Republic, Strategic Development Committee

During her work, she was engaged as part of audit and transformation projects conducted with such large international companies as PWC (Kazakhstan), KPMG Jannat (Kazakhstan). As CEO at HLB Marka Audit Saltanat was involved in the strategy and development of the company, managed large projects both in large government-owned and private entities, as well as in projects of international financial institutions such as the EBRD, ADB, IDB and other international donors.
She was a partner in the development of the HLB International Network in Kyrgyzstan. During the period from 2006 to 2013, she also represented the interests of HLB Marka Audit in Kazakhstan, engaged in a subsidiary of Mark Audit Kazakhstan TOO, working together in common projects in the consulting and audit area.
