The contents of this website, such as text, graphics, software, images and other material (“Material”), are protected by copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) under both English and foreign laws. Unauthorised use of the Material may violate the Intellectual Property Rights of HLB Scope Kazakhstan or third parties. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you make of the Material.
You undertake that you will:
(a) only view and use the Website for your own purpose and you may not sell, publish or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly, perform, distribute, store, retransmit or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose;
(b) not use the Website nor the Material in any manner which constitutes an infringement of any third party rights (including Intellectual Property Rights);
(c) not use the Website nor the Material to transmit any information or content for the purposes of publicity, promotion and/or advertising without the prior written consent of HLB Scope Kazakhstan;

(g) not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
(h) not use the Material on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose whatsoever;
(i) not use nor interfere with the Website other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use and (without limitation) not in any way so that all or part of the Website or Material is or could be interrupted, reproduced, stored, retransmitted, published, damaged, rendered less efficient, corrupted or in any way impaired; and
(j) not upload, post, publish or transmit any Material which is protected by copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights without the prior written consent of its owner and HLB Scope Kazakhstan.
(k) not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Website or any Material or knowingly allow others to do so, except to the extent that applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction nor will you modify any Material or create derivative works of any Material.
If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions of Use your permission to use the Website and the Material automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Material.

HLB Scope Kazakhstan is limited liability company constituted and registered under the Laws of Kazakhstan which co-ordinates the international activities of the HLB International network but does not provide, supervise or manage professional services to clients. Accordingly, this Kazakhstan registered company has no liability for the acts and omissions of any member of the HLB International network, and vice versa and expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for particular purposes and warranties of satisfactory quality.
In no event will these companies be liable for the acts and/or omissions of any member of the HLB International network, or for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising directly or indirectly from the use of (or failure to use) or reliance on the content of this Website or any third party website, or from your use of any member’s services and/or products. Any reference to a member’s services or products should not be taken as an endorsement.
